Suzuki GB recently delivered a new ATV to MK Dons Football Club for them to use for land and ground maintenance duties. The ATV is a KingQuad 500X in Terra Green, which replaces the outgoing Ozark 250 model that MK Dons had been using previously.
The handover was carried out by Mark Beeley and Ben Green from Suzuki GB to the delighted MK Dons Group Maintenance Manager Shane Nedley. Shane said, “It’s the best bit of kit I’ve got, it’s a lifesaver.”
Suzuki’s current range comprises three versatile models: the KingQuad 500, the 500XP and the KingQuad 750XP (XP denotes power steering). These robust utility ATVs are the culmination of years of refinement and their high levels of technical specification and ease of handling make them suitable for several applications including hill and lowland farming as well as estate and commercial land management.
The Suzuki KingQuad 500X is the entry level model to Suzuki’s range. It offers the ideal balance of innovative technical specification, toughness and easy handling for riders.
This incredibly versatile ATV benefits from selectable 2-wheel/4-wheel drive, fully independent suspension and an advanced engine braking system. In addition, the 493cc fuel-injected engine’s cylinder head and piston are specially designed to provide power and torque across the rev range, making the KingQuad equally suitable for towing (with an impressive maximum capacity of 600kg), use with attachments, or just as an extra pair of legs. Suzuki’s exclusive T-shaped seat also delivers maximum rider manoeuvrability and a comfortable ride.
